Purpose
The purpose of the organization shall be to support and promote Loganville High School Golf in the Loganville community. This organization shall provide equipment, facility improvements, and other financial support as necessary, in order to supplement the contributions of the LHS Athletic Department and/or Walton County Board of Education (BOE).
Meetings
Booster Clubs must meet at least one time before the start of the season. Additional Meetings must be communicated to all members through Team App, Email or other Program Communication Technology. All meetings should be posted at least five (5) days before the appointed time of the meeting and are open to all Members.
Meeting Dates: 8/21/25, 9/28/25, 10/26/25, 11/16/25, 12/7/25, 1/25/26, 2/22/26, 3/22/26, 4/26/26, 5/10/26
All meetings will be held at LMS in the Media Center at 7:00pm. NOTE: The LHS Golf Booster Club Board will meet privately from 6:30–7:00 PM, prior to the general meeting.
Membership
1-The membership of the Booster Club shall consist of those people who meet the membership requirements.
2- Requirements: Guardians that paid membership dues of a Returning LHS Athlete from the previous season OR Guardians of a New Student Athlete(s) that have made the LHS team for the first time.
3- Voting. Each active member shall have one (1) vote at a meeting of members.
4- Length of Membership. Membership will last for one calendar year.
Dues
The annual dues for each year shall be determined by the Booster Club Finance Committee and will be aligned with the Operating Budget for the appropriate school year. The Head Coach is responsible for working with the Finance Committee Officers for an appropriate Operating Budget to support the program needs.
Officers
Number of Officers. The officer titles and officers of the Booster Club shall be assigned by the Head Coach based on Program Needs for each season. All booster clubs should have: A: Booster Club Coordinator B-Treasurer, C-Secretary/ Special Events Coordinator.

Advisors. The advisors shall consist of the High School Principal, Athletic Director, and Varsity Head Coach.
